Don't get Scammed by Pinergy. We have a smart meter that is not working, it is not sending a signal to ESB networks. We are on the Pinergy EV Plan, electricity is supposed to be super cheap between 2-5am, this is when we use the vast majority of our electricity. You can only access smart plans such as this if you have a working smart meter. We know that our smart meter has stopped working, yet Pinergy are refusing to tell us how we are being charged or how our consumption is being calculated. I've been waiting 24 days and counting for an answer as to how we are being charged. Our bill has increased dramatically in March 2024 VS. March 2023 even after energy price cuts and our consumption has not increased. I would not recommend this company.
