I always need to contact them for absolutely everything.

Pinergy has been a disaster from start to finish, My family and I have been so stressed out with miscalculated bills, terrible rates, rude unprofessional and product unaware customer service agents.I hope those considering this company as their new electricity provider are spared the worst decision they will make and stick to any of the other more reputable, professional and competent providers.
