As of right now I’m giving Pinergy 1 star. My level pay hasn’t change since 5 payments ago. I have been on the phone 3 times asking for this to be fixed and I am just going in circles. I am in a one bedroom apartment alone, it’s summer, I’m rarely there and never have heating on, why has my payments not changed from €173?
Makes no sense.
I would advise against using this company if you don’t want to feel like you’re being robbed and charged more than you should be.
I will be switching companies this week.
