Electricity pricing with Pinergy was okay, and I received a 20% discount when I joined. However, switching providers is difficult because the meter installed by Pinergy can't be used with any other provider, requiring a new meter installation. This wasn't Pinergy's fault, but it was annoying since the meter was already there when I moved into the property, and my landlord wouldn't allow its removal, leaving me stuck with Pinergy.

Their rates were not great, but with the 20% discount, it was acceptable. Customer service was good; they always answered my questions. However, the app could use more data on usage for better financial management. Pinergy is more expensive than average providers. Overall, they’re fine if you have to stay with them, but there are better options available.

Pinergy always has great customer service, but today especially, I had an issue with the meter and not only was the issue resolved, but the agent also took the time to explain how I could do it next time, so I wouldn't need to make a repeat call, so helpful!
