I was a pre-paid customer for about three years and I've never had an issue. Support was polite and responded quickly when asked to issue the Annual bill statement (the only time I needed support).
The only thing I could complain about is the price. This is the reason I switched providers.

I was a bit stressed with it all as not used to the system, someone was picking up something for me and she waited while I took the other call, phone was dying and lap top dead and had no electricity!
Kay was very patient and helpful. I am set up now so that is great.

"I spoke with Ken about the EDDIE…"
I spoke with Ken about the EDDIE showing max temp reached even though we had no hot water and the solar panels were generating lots of power.
He gave me things to try on the EDDIE to try to determine what and where the issues lay.
It turned out that the issue lay with the immersion and it had to be reset. It is now fixed and I am back up and running.
Ken was proactive in giving me help over the phone.
