"Best customer service I have ever experienced"

I called their number after blowing a fuse (I had the 12v + and - reversed). My cell dropped the call in the middle of troubleshooting it with me. Before I could call them back they were calling me. I have never had a company call me back like that. I did a lot of reviewing of RV Tankless heaters from full-timers like myself before going with Fogatti. Not only did they get high marks for the product but others have had the same experience as I did with customer service. In a time when RV manufacturers are turning out complete junk (My tank water was less than 5 years old) I am grateful to a company like Fogatti that is responsive to its customers. I guarantee you they will be at the top of my list for any other products they produce that I need. I've been using the tankless heater for a few weeks now. Let it heat up the water, hop on in and the waters nice and hot just like I like it.

Easy to install,customer service really helps only problem is the door. I need 18”x18” door which I need to buy separately and isn’t cheap now l have extra 15”x15” door which I have no use for.

"We ordered a 55,000 BTU tankless water…"

We ordered a 55,000 BTU tankless water heater that we received within 5 days, it was very quick getting here, the installation was about a 4 hour job, very easy and straightforward. I can’t figure out why I didn’t do this sooner. We love taking a shower without having to shut the water off constantly, it takes just seconds to get hot water at the tap. Before I ordered I had sent them a message asking questions and they called me back right away and they answered all my questions. All and all this was a very good experience.

Better than a standard RV water heater with a tank yet tremendously more cost-effective than a Gerard or truma. The 18x18-in door was Flawless in its design and looks great once installed. Be sure you reinforce with two x 4
