"GREAT COMPANY, GREAT PRODUCT"

I stand corrected!! I purchase a 2025 Subaru outback manual. After I purchase, I waited a lot of 24 to 48 hours. After a week when I did not receive the manual, I was quite frustrated. I’ve reached out to the company and they assured me that the manual was on the way, but because it was a newer model, they were gathering the most recent information. After two weeks, the mail arrived and it’s exactly what I ordered. This is my third purchase from factory manual. I will use them again in the future, and I find their product and incredibly beneficial to any car owner with a DIY mindset.

The end results was excellent! However, the reason I gave the Experience 4 stars is because I was a little apprehensive sending money to a company I didn't recognize and not knowing what I was going to get back. After a 2-day wait I received an email containing a link to download a huge PDF file (530MB) containing 23,010 PDF pages of very detailed instructions and diagrams SPECIFIC to my vehicle, which in my case is a 2021 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off Road. I am a very satisfied customer.

The first version of the manual was supplied within one day. It was incomplete. I emailed support and within two days, they were able to resend a second version that was complete. The manual is clear and concise and should be able to guide anyone with a moderate DIY mindset.

I ordered my manual 12/19/24. It is now 1/3/25 and I still have not received the manual. Website advertises 12-48 hours which is clearly BS. The phone number is not in service. This is clearly a scam. I’m curious how there are other good reviews.

Had a few small glitches trying to get my order in and contacted the company with my issue and they promptly straightened it out. I have now successfully downloaded the PDF and I have browsed through it and it seems to be thorough and a resource I could not find anywhere else. I would buy again from this company. Joe in Montana.
