"Fantastic service. Beautiful Oak frame building"

Fantastic service James & Edward were incredibly helpful after another company had let me down. My oak frame garage is made of beautiful French oak cut perfectly to fit. The effect is amazing!! I cannot recommend Trade Oak Building too highly! The spec of the building is far higher than the run of the mill companies I researched. Thank you - it was a leap of faith buying off the internet - but an excellent outcome!

Great company, do what they say and on time. Very easy to do business with and they go the extra mile. Great piece of kit, I was surprised at just how robust the frame is - according to a builder friend of mine 'that's going to last for a couple of hundred years' Having shopped around and done extensive research before purchase, I am sure I couldn't have got any better value for money in the UK.

Double Bay Oak Garage

Being an avid online bargain hunter I always look at reviews like this one, left by happy customers. All too often, very short and to the point. "Excellent product" blah blah. These reviews are helpful but not always informative.
That's why I feel it important to take the time to write a meaningful review. I purchased a double bay oak framed garage from Trade Oak. Following guide lines and the supplied drawings all went together well and I was over the moon with the finsihed product. In on budget and looked great. Unfortunately after six months or so the ridge developed a sag. I checked dimensions, supplied photographs and emailed James and Edward for help, expecting the usual fobbing off and excuses that some online companies try and get away with. NOT James and Edward, the immediate reply was that there was an issue and they would sort it. And to cut a long story short sort it they have. From the identification of the issue to completion of remedial work Trade Oak have been fantastic. For me this is a true measure of a quality company. It's all too easy to enjoy the happy times when all is well and soak up the good feedback, however the true test is when the chips are down how they conduct themselves. I have no hesitation to recommend Trade Oak, they are a great company to deal with, trustworthy, honest and fair. 5 Stars !!!

"3 Bay Garage with catslide"

After much research we ordered a 3 bay garage in oak with a cat-slide roof and twin log-stores so that planning permission was not required. The service from Edward and the team was first rate - all drawings and load calcs were provided, and the kit is excellent quality - CNC machined green oak that slotted together perfectly, despite being stored outside for several months due to our delay organising a groundworks contractor. The prices are very good, and the kit is all solid green oak, unlike some other companies that use softwood in places. Our roofers ran short of shingles and Edward was able to arrange a quick delivery.

After considerable research my client opted for Trade Oak Building Kits' two bay oak framed timber garage with oak doors, which had been my recommendation. She was not disappointed. I found James and Edward very knowledgeable and supportive. The design adaptions were effectively dealt with. Assembling the frame kit was a joy, it was easy and ended in a very solid frame. The cedar shingle roof and oak featheredge wall cladding finished the garage to a very high standard.
I have shown the finished garageto a couple of other builders, both were impressed and took Trade Oak Building Kit's contact details.
