The item was delivered on time, the delivery driver went out of his way to place the item in a location that made it easy for us to handle. the kits contained all part ladled up correctly and every item slotted together precisely. two of us manged to put it all together in four days having never built one before. Extremely happy with the end result it exceeded my expectations.

I purchased a two storey three bay garage from Trade Oak. It wasn’t standard and they were happy to bespoke the design to my requirements which included a raised upstand, open bay, front overhang and ensuring the height above the bays was enough to incorporate Securoglide roller shutter doors.

Firstly the quality of the build is excellent. The size of the beams is much better than most other manufacturers I compared them against which was also confirmed by my roofer who was also impressed. The quality of the construction is excellent it all fits together perfectly with only one minor issue. When we found one of the beams had been incorrectly mortised another was on site the next day (Sussex to Cheshire they set off at 4am so the beam would be there first thing)so they fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. Mistakes can happen it’s how you respond that truly matters. The process of design and purchase is simple and payment terms are fair. Finally the guys who erected it were great, really professional and did and excellent job making sure the finish was as expected. Thank you to Jade also who was always on hand and helpful through the process. Wish I had ordered a door for the upstairs but that was my fault so take your time and get your spec right.
