"Bad Experience"

My previous review was taken down for some reason. This product never arrived, the service team was unresponsive. I had to go through my bank to get refunded for a product I was promised but never received. Sham business.

Edit: Replying to the service provider's questionable response below.

1) My name is not Adrian. It was not the name I used to purchase the product, nor is it associated with my email address—this is a glaring red flag and suggests a lack of attention to detail on your part.

2) Your email on 06/15/2024 was a copy-paste template, identical to previous responses. At no point did you address my specific questions or requests. Why would I continue engaging with automated responses when you refuse to acknowledge my concerns?

3) Stating that my package was “left with an individual” is not proof of delivery. I never received the product, and shifting blame to my building instead of taking responsibility is unacceptable.

4) I pursued a refund through my bank because you repeatedly ignored my attempts to resolve this directly. That was a direct consequence of your failure to provide customer support.

5) Inviting me to purchase another product after this experience is frankly insulting. Blaming "operational challenges and growing pains" for poor service reflects poor management at every level. Competent businesses own their mistakes—excuses are a sign of weak leadership.

5) Your statement about Trustpilot reviews is redundant. Of course, you have no control over what stays up or gets removed—that is the entire purpose of a review platform.

This experience has been unacceptable, and your response only reinforces my decision to take my business elsewhere.

"Ich war mal bis auf die…"

Ich immer bis auf die Liefergeschwindigkeit immer sehr zufrieden mit Noobru, leider wurden die Zutaten dann ohne große Ankündigung verändert. Es war super dass die Produkte mit Stevia gesüßt waren, das ist leider nicht oft der Fall, dann wurde leider auf Sucralose umgestellt, was in fast allen Zuckerfreien Produkten derzeit verwendet wird (neben Aspartam, Acesulfam-k und Saccharin), da es einige Studien gibt, die bei Sucralose ein deutliches Gesundheitsrisiko vermuten, ist Noobru daher nicht mehr interessant für mich. Aber ich konnte dann Produkte die umgestellt wurden kulanterweise zurückgeben. Also Kundenservice top, Versand langsam aber es kommt an und die Zutaten sind für mich halt ein Dealbreaker, aber die wenigsten machen sich über sowas Gedanken und werden wahrscheinlich von der Wirksamkeit überzeugt sein, die ist wirklich gut

"An honest review, i tried 2 of their products the Noobru…"

I tried 2 of their products the Noobru better than glutathion: which tasted very good and mixed easily, dis not notice any particular changes within myself though.
I also used Lucid: which has this disgusting cherry taste that taste like an old pre workout i used once. Not noce. It did not seem to help my sleep what so ever, and it mixed terribly.

My advice try another sleeping product or a camomile or lavender tea to aid with sleep, and a zma product.

Ordered Noobru and now 3 weeks later have not received it. I was exchanging emails with their, "customer service" until I asked for cancellation and refund, I never heard from them again. I have put in a complaint with my charge card hoping to get my money back.

Follow up to the above review: Despite me asking for cancellation and refund, more than a week later I received an email from Noobru that they shipped my order. While I can't comment on the product itself I will say their customer service needs work. I will post again if and when I actually get the product.

I have now received the product and will post once I have tried it for a few weeks. The question will be that even if it works somewhat, is it worth the price and longggg wait to receive.

"For five years I had to take Opiates…"

For five years I had to take Opiates for the treatment of Tri-geminal Neuralgia which slowly but very clearly dulled my brain to such an extent that I found it very difficult to cook a meal. I read an article about a lady who was helped by Acupuncture and decided to give it a try, this worked really well and I've now been clear of pain for a couple of years.However the fog would not lift from my brain and then I saw an advert for Nubroo and decided I had nothing to loose, within a few days of taking your powder I was amazed at the difference and can now think clearly again.
