"I have been using Noo Bru for a couple…"

I have been using Noo Bru for a couple of months now and it seems to be living up to it's claims. The fog has cleared. BUT there are always a few packets of the product where it is clumped into one piece and I have to split the packets and scrape the product out. The packets all seem to be properly sealed.

You only have 1 Star because to date I have received nothing. Now to be fair, I would have waited and then given you another fair review. However as I paid two amounts on Jan the 2nd 2025, 5 days ago, totalling £84.70. So I am not amused to have another payment taken from my account of, £49.95 today, 7th Jan 2025, without my permission or knowledge of what it's for! As I was willing to try your product with an open mind, 5 days ago, that doesn't mean I am old, gullible or stupid. So can we get back to basics, you return the last payment, £49.95 taken today,
As Soon As Possible. Resist taking any more money from my account, unless I give you a another written order. Then deliver the first two orders paid for on the 2nd January 2025. Once I've tried the drink and felt the promised improvement, then I'll give you an incredible and honest review. However if the last payment is not returned, or the two products paid for are not received by me, this will end in tears.
I really hope it does not.

The WORST!! First, I agreed to buy at the quoted price - $44.31
Then, my Paypal account received a receipt for almost TWO TIMES THAT AMOUNT (83.96). I immediately tried to cancel, but I was just ignored. I'm still trying to get in touch, but noone has responded and I still have this $83.96 charge on my credit card. I refuse to pay this since that was NOT the original price quoted, and I refuse to be part of this SCAM

My order of a year’s supply of your product was placed and supposedly shipped weeks ago. Your warehouse is supposed to be located in Arizona which is right next door to my home. Mail only takes a few days to arrive here. However, it’s been weeks and weeks. After numerous inquiries, you can’t even tell me when it will arrive nor can you tell me where the heck it is! This has happened every time I have placed an order with you. Perhaps this might be the last time because in all my young seventy three years on this planet this is by far the worst shopping experience in my life!
