I have just transferred to MyGiving.Online and MyFundAccounting.Online and managed to get in a muddle when migrating donations across to MFA. Adam and the Support Team were able to sort the problem very quickly.

I am no accountant or computer man and he was very patient and understanding. I certainly appreciated the considerate way he solved my problem. We are a small church with not many resources and it is really good to get this kind of customer care.

Been a long-time user of Donations Co-Ordinator which basically just works and does it's job. Hit a self-inflicted problem today so we called tech support. Was through to a human within 4 minutes who really knew her stuff and fixed the problem sraight away. That's rare these days and worth every penny

I act as independent examiner to the local parish church and as such my involvement with the accounts is very much just on an annual basis. The church has used Data Developments for around 6 or 7 years and throughout that period I have needed some advice each year to assist me in my work. The assistance given has always been exemplary and provided in a very understandable manner. I must make specific mention of the guidance given to me this year by Adam which was nothing sort of superb and provided with immense patience and knowledge.

"Considerate unpickling"
I hadn't realised I had got into an historic pickle with my account funds until I looked at the statement of assets by fund. My problem was complicated and went over years and many transactions. My ticket was picked up by Adam who has spent a considerable amount of time with me unpicking the problems, talking me through what to do with them and fixing my accounts as well as talking me through how to enter things in the future not to incur the problem again. He has been so patient and helpful - I can't thank him enough not only for the accounts attention but also for calming down someone so distraught by the errors. Thank you again

Steve, Roger, Paula and the team are all very supportive of our needs. There are no questions that are too difficult (or too silly) to ask or be answered. We have been with Data Developments for over 13 years and have used fund manager accounting software downloads and more recently MyFundAccounting.Online which is accessible to me anywhere I can login, meaning that I don't always need to have my laptop with me, but also that I can access all my data including the historical reports. I think it is a brilliant resource and one that I should use learn to use more. Their Bookkeeping service is brilliant and Paula is extremely helpful if I have any queries or need to update my data. Steve and Roger have travelled down from Birmingham to spend a day with me setting up a broader account support programme which we are implementing immediately. I am very happy with their support and with the level of support I need.

"Help sorting a muddle"
I had got in a pickle when some new funds were donated to the church and needed special designation. The more I tried to correct it the more muddle I made.
In desperation I rang the help desk and a super young man, Adam helped me resolve the problem. He was patient and understanding and assured me throughout. A great experience!!
