Although I've only needed support fairly in frequently, when something does come up I've always had helpful responses from the team and usually very quick to get back to me.

We had used their PC based software before so it was logical to move onto their Cloud Based software.

Unfortunately, it was not as straightforward as it should have been due to my poor computer skills.

However, the staff were very helpful and patient with me and over a number of phone calls all matters were resolved. Their patience is such that even when I phoned up with trivial or the same problem (because I had forgotten the solution) they were, without exception, prepared to treat my call as important.

Data Developments went to great lengths to help me by assessing my data and guiding me in how to map correctly. I'm happy to say that I have now successfully imported everything into the database, which is going to make managing our records much easier.
