Excellent service, friendly and on time. Would recommend then in a heartbeat.

The driver was there to meet us and was nice. The first disappointment was having to stop for gas and then stopped again for water for HIMSELF; this could and should have been done before we arrived. The driver drove well and was friendly, so I handed him a $20 tip when we arrived at the cruise port, even though he didn't deliver us to the entrance where we needed to check in for our cruise. That was BEFORE he told us that some men insisted we pay $10 for arriving there. I protested, but the driver insisted we had to pay them and drove off and left us. We should have been told about this charge, or, better yet, Amber Moon should have included it in the price. My advice is to avoid going to Panama if possible. If you must go there, be careful. Like so many other Caribbean countries, the locals will take advantage of Americans.
