Our tour driver made this experience an enjoyable one. He also answered all our questions while also giving great insight about Panama. We were updated the ships were coming through the canal at a later time because of this notification before hand we were able to see the ships pass which was a plus. Because of this information we were afforded a better time slot to have the full experience.

First, I was able to make the reservation without having to pay for the service upfront. My driver was awaiting me at the airport. The drivers were on time for pickup and drop off for every leg of my trip. I initially booked the service for a round trip but given the service received, I used them for additional trips. Additionally, I had to modify one of my pickup times and this was done seamlessly.
