We used Amber Moon for a transfer from the airport to our hotel, and from our hotel to the cruise terminal the next day. Driver was waiting for us on time on both trips, and both drivers spoke good English so there were no communication problems. At the port there was no signage to indicate where cruise passengers should go, and our driver had to ask 3 different people where to drop us off, but he got us there, which was great.
