My husband has some mobility issues so I was concerned about having to look for the driver. But there was no problem at all. The airport assistance person accompanied us to the exit gate where we were met by the driver holding a sign. From there we were helped to a waiting area while the driver brought the car around and then delivered to our hotel. It was a very efficient process and the price was good too.
