I was a little skeptical at first because the car rental company is not located directly at the airport, but the shuttle service was quick and easy.
I had a problem with my credit card, but the employee was very helpful, patient and friendly.
The entire process, including the return of the car, was simple, quick and uncomplicated.

"Excellent experience with Vettura"

Arrived in Olbia Airport on Aug 2nd. We were shuttled to the Vettura office. We received a Hyundai Tucson altohugh we booked a Fiat 500, so it was a free upgrade. We did not think but since we have a 7 months old toddler we carry a lot of stuff so the Fiat 500 would not have been sufficient. We are thankful for the free upgrade but we would have been ready to also pay to get a superior group. The roads in Sardegna are not the best and neither is the driving, so I would suggest getting their full protection for peace of mind on your holiday. The car is 2024 so almost now, and picking it up took us less than 15 mins so that is really a quick experience. Thank you Vettura for the great experience! Alexandru & Alexandra Caragata
