My problem was solved in a jiffy after I spoke with a Faremart Rep.
I had entered my credit card details 6 times and it was constantly throwing error messages. After calling CS, they had me change the payment option from Debit card to credit card and also I was given a discount price for my grandma.

I couldn't have been happier and satisfied. Keep it up. Also, keep sending the promotional offers.

I called the customer care number and within no time it was disclosed that my email address was incorrect and the tickets were shared. Also, I couldn't get the tickets at such economical prices elsewhere.
