Wow! What a great experience I had with Jessica today. Talk about excellent customer service - she exemplifies it. She had to call me back several times because of technical difficulties (probably my end) and then she followed up with making sure my tickets were paid and ready to go. In this time excellent customer service is become the exception, not the rule. Jessica is truly the exception! I am grateful for all good care today.

I needed to make a change in my daughters United Airline ticket so we could sit together. I worked with Rubin today 1/23/19 the ticket agent at United Airlines, I don't have enough words to say how relieved I am to have gotten such a nice, professional, patient young man on the phone. I am a senior, and hearing impaired, not many people have the patience to stick with you through all the necessary steps to get your ticket done correctly. Rubin worked with Faremart Inc, and I received a confirmation from them, I want to compliment United for having such good people, and Faremart for working with Rubin and getting my daughters seat changed. Thank you so much
