I booked a flight and a few minutes after booking it, I called to make changes to my flight. Emilio was very pleasant and went the extra mile while assisting me. After the changes were made to my reservation, I recieved another phone call from Emilio later that morning. He informed me that a flight I was interested in was available for booking at the same price as my previously scheduled flight. I truly appreciate the work ethics Emilio has. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy. I really appreciate Emilio for this. Thank you! Give Emilio a raise!!!

Adam was a fabulous representative. We got disconnected several times. He called us back immediately each time. We had to cancel our Southwest Airlines reservations.

Although Faremart had to charge us $75 cancellation fee for each ticket, at least it was pleasant to talk to Adam.
