Alex, your agent was extremely helpful during stressful booking on Thursday, April 25 to fly from Charleston to Grand Forks, ND. I was attending a funeral in Charleston SC for 25th and lost my passport in Atlanta Airport (Delta) when flying down from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada on the April 24th. He reworked the flight so I had more time in Atlanta in order to get to security to claim my passport. He was compassionate, patient and yet efficient. I was very grateful.

"Fair Mart screwed me over on a colossal…"
Fair Mart screwed me over on a colossal scale. I had previously booked tickets without insurance a month prior using a different ticket service. Morning of the flight, I somehow overslept through several alarms and scrambled to book new tickets. I typed in United Airlines on google and FairMart had disguised themselves as a United Airlines help desk or something. A very long story short, an agent of Fair Mart canceled the ticket I had booked through Expedia minutes prior to speaking with him, negating any chance of refund being recovered and then proceeded to book a ticket at over $250 the actual value and then not refund it once I figured out what they were doing. Absolutely disgusting. They told me they would issue a refund as this is 100% against United Airlines terms and here I am almost two weeks later, having wasted $1700 on my mistake. Absolutely mind blowing how bad these guys screwed me over.
