Jessica was amazing! she went above and beyond the night she booked my trip my bank's computer system went down so my debit card kept reading error i had Jessica's call on one phone and the bank on another call and she waited there very patiently with me on hold for over 10 minutes for a bank rep to handle the situation
in the meantime i lost my seats and she redid the entire reservation for my children and i while still waiting for authorization from the bank that is customer service at its best!!!!!
