Ayden was excellent BUT
They ended up overcharging me $408. They refunded that part....now I’m just waiting for an addition $900 for a flight booked I didn’t even want. Not sure what’s going to happen, but if it’s not fixed, I’m coming after them.

Also don’t believe them when they say they have the lowest prices. I found several cheaper. Called them on it and they said they couldn’t help me.

I think they’re not out to scam you, genuinely. But for people who know how to book flights, skip Faremart. Not worth the hassle.

My agent was Carl and he navigated through some complex links to set up our flights.?we had discount codes from Alaska Air that he had to find but it all worked out. I would have given 5 stars but the entire process took 50 minutes which is too long

"Wrong name … missed flight thanks to Faremart"

I booked a flight with them and got to the airport printed my boarding pass and they had the wrong name on it went to my airline and they could not help me because FareMart had booked it ,called them ,after talking to them being put on hold I missed my flight , they admitted they made the mistake but could not change it , thank god my airline put me on another flight but I have to sit in the airport for and extra four hours I don’t recommend them !!

I am so happy I came across Ayden from Faremart!

I had been endlessly looking and shopping for a flight for my two daughters to Canada. By God's grace I found Ayden who not only gave me an excellent price but was beyond patient with me. He kindly waited while I agreed and then changed my mind and then agreed again.

Ayden was so efficient and personable, that I made sure to take his number and his extension number, because I knew I would always be calling him whenever I needed to travel. Sure enough a few days later, I called upon him again as my daughter needed to meet a coach in Oklahoma. Again, Ayden was uncomplaining as he searched and searched for prices for me and my daughter. He was tolerant when I couldn't speak immediately and always called when he said he would. Finally, he was able to yet again give me an excellent flight and rental car package deal.

I am so grateful to Ayden who is now my new friend, that I have his name on my list of "favorites" on my phone. You are incredible Ayden...thank you for all you did for me and my family.
