"Not Reliable , Not Honest"

After a Ton of Phone calls and being On Hold for Hours , They offered A round tip Flight with a decent price , I gave them all my information including my Credit card , Date of Birth , Address and ............ , Got an email to verify , Did that .
They asked for a picture of Credit Card and ID , Sent them .
They Charged the Credit Card .
I got an email from them to pay by PayPal , I Refused .
I've called them 3-4 times since Two weeks ago , They say they have emailed my tickets .
HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TICKETS YET .

I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH BUYING AIR TICKETS .

Jax was very helpful in waiving the non refundable policy. Instead of lost the entire ticket value I was credited back the entire ticket and charged a $150 fee. It sure beats the alternative. Thanks, Paul

I would recommend Robby! He was so patient and on our first call we were on the phone for well over an hour. When he took my number and said he would call back, he did just that. I have never had a more patient & thorough CSR. He was sure to give me his extension in case we got disconnected & took my number as well. Overall he spent over 2 hours working with me to resolve my issue & I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. Thank you Robby for your help & patience!
