I have a medical emergency and had to book a flight for my daughter and I. I was nervous about booking them because I haven't done it too often and I am not the "techiest" person. I spoke with Jeni and took up a lot of her time. She was wonderful and very patient and I appreciate it and will choose Delta again!!

I purchased (2) tickets and the representative DID NOT tell me that he sold me a NON CARRY ON ticket (had never heard of that before). I would not have purchased that type of ticket if I'd known that. It should have been communicated. Cost me an extra $65 because I couldn't even take a bag on the plane with rollers. Very disappointing service

No wifi no tv unless you pay 4 dollars....for internet, no streaming....for 1/2 an hour worth of wifi. Delta....free tv movies and wifi....get with it united. So disappointed. The only thing worth buying is a drink to numb the pain(because full wifi access is 15 dollars!!!)
