"If I could give it zero stars"
If I could give it zero stars, I would. I never got a confirmation email, so the night before, I tried to call and the number was disconnected. I called frontier and they said they never received payment so I didn’t have a seat. My husband finally got this company on the phone and they said there was no flight available and they tried to call me, but couldn’t get in touch with me (strange that they couldn’t leave me a voicemail or send me an email). The only flights they could find me were literally TEN TIMES THE ORIGINAL PRICE. So now I get to book for five times the original price, but I guess it’s better than what they’re offering me. I am FURIOUS.

This company absolutely sucks!!! I get a confirmation email from them and yes they said I should get an e-ticket confirmation as well. The night before I’m supposed to be taking off in the a.m.I call about that e-ticket confirmation I did not get. They tell me I am not confirmed and don’t have a seat on a flight but they can now sell me an over $800 ticket for a similar flight! Scam / ripoff! Keith A.
