"Johnnie was my agent"

Johnnie was my agent. Our granddaughter missed a connecting flight with Frontier and was told there was no flight until tomorrow. We immediately looked for other flights and when we found one we booked a united flight with johnnie because she was traveling with a small dog and could not book on line. Then we had a problem with the payment going through to United even though the cc company had approved it. FINALLY, with Johnnie’s help, it went through and she was given her boarding passes. I was extremely distraught with the events but Johnnie remained calm and patient with me. I am thankful for his kindness to me today. He needs a raise or a bonus for outstanding service!
