"We had some language perhaps accent…"

We had some language perhaps accent issues. Was not told return flight times to choose from before it was booked.
But very polite and got it done.
However more expensive than other sites I’ve used. I was having issues booking one one way and two round trip traveling with disabled elderly mother. He was very understanding and helpful.

"George did an excellent job…"

George did an excellent job understanding my complicated traveling needs. He was a wonderful listener and efficient in his accommodating all of the details of my plan. I also loved that he checked with his supervisor when he wasn't sure about the answer to a question that I had.

"BEWARE."

I booked with fare mart totally on accident after booking the wrong dates originally. They took $2700 out of our bank account (original flights we purchased were that much, so it was expected) on a Friday. By Monday afternoon we didn’t have our tickets. We didn’t receive until a full week after purchasing, 2 days before our trip. Once we received our tickets, i requested a receipt from the airline itself. The tickets were less than half of what we originally paid, yet faremart kept the rest of the money without telling us. I’ve been working to get refunded, but nothing yet. This was the worst experience i have ever had buying flights.

"Booked but No Ticket 2 Days Later"

Booked fare from San Diego to Chicago, received credit card authorization email, airline locator code and email saying I was booked. Two days later Faremart called to say first flight was canceled, when I asked why the flight was still showing on the United web site they hung up, when I called a second time, they said fare had expired before credit card was processed and to book the fare now it was an additional $120!
Was able to book same plane and time for $30 more on Hotwire. Called my credit card company, the have no record of them even attempting to process the original agreed to fare. Called Faremart a third time and Asked to speak to Faremart manager and was told - pay higher fee or there was nothing else they could do.
Terrible company! Never experienced anything like this in over 35 years of travel!
You have been warned!
