The representative my husband spoke with to book the flight was top notch. He was extremely helpful, including helping me navigate what I needed to do on my computer to authorize the credit card payment.
However, it took a while for the email confirmation, which stated that I would receive my e ticket within a few hours. Several additional phone calls, with a promise of an e ticket within 6 hours. It took 4 days for me to receive it.
