Roger with Faremart was great. Very disappointed with Allegiant Air. Always able to book on line. This year had to go thru Faremart rate went from $130 to $196. They said Allegiant web page could not update the rate increase. Seriously????

I had the pleasure of dealing with Anna. She was fantastic! She took the time to listen to what I wanted and came up with the perfect flights for us. She was pleasant and efficient and really knew what she was doing. This was one of the best encounter I've had with an airline representative. I hope you realize what an asset she is!

"Darius was the person who took my call, Lucky me!!!"

Darius was the person who helped me when I needed to cancel my flight from DCA to TPA today. He explained
that because it was at such a low roundtrip fare flying on American Airlines it could not be refunded. However it could be changed to another date, and the changed ticket would be around half the price instead of the whole price.
So he worked to get me the same itinerary for a september itinerary. Non Stop from DCA to TPA and same return TPA to DCA non stop. He would say I am going to work on ....and may I call you back at this number? I replied "Oh
yes please!" and he did several times so I wouldn't be hanging on the phone. Very considerate. He also sensed that I was stressed and said something like, "why don't you
go and get a glass of water while I do the work for your new itinerary" I did and he said "okay I will be calling you back
on this number, (my land-line) "so if you don't mind using your cell phone for a short period of time I should have have everything sorted out." AND HE DID!!!!

I was calmer his last call and everything was perfect!!
He is a keeper, he is an outstanding person, who is happy in his work. He enjoyed sorting out my problem
quickly, and asked if there was anything else he could help me with, and I replied, "Is it possible to have your phone number so I don't have to wait so long to get someone to
answer, and he said "sure" and gave me 844 307-7306 and explained that his colleague, Sabrina, shared the same line
and could help me as well, if he was on another call.

I have to think that his supervisor is doing a good job in that the work atmosphere which in turn is why Darius loves his job, and he by nature likes to sort things out for people
and get them what they want quickly. Oh, I have to mention that his voice on the phone is also a plus as he has a very nice voice that is easily understood, and comes acrosss as the Happy person he is.

I am changing my rating from poor to excellent. Both Rubin and Victoria went above and beyond to correct and explain the address the problems that arose from issues out of their control.

We rated you five stars, simply because of the unparalleled service we received while booking fight reservation to Florida. Your representative who assisted us was patience, delegated, dedicated, concerned and caring as he exhausted every resource to ensure we got the "right" ticket so that stress that is usually accompanied with trave was minimized. Thank you for hiring people that show us we are Individuals and not just a number.

I only gave it a 4 star as we are still waiting to see if our emotional therapy dog will be permitted to fly with us. We were told we would know in 48 hrs and it has been a week.
