BEWARE - BEWARE -BEWARE
They represent themselves as reps of airlines. I called to cancel a flight. They charged me a cancellation fee of $198 with a promise of a full refund for what I spent on flights. Since flights were non refundable, I thought I would at least recoup half. They charged my card but never issued the credit. Flight never cancelled. Airline has never heard of them. I disputed the charge with my cc co and they never responded to the cc company. They are calling me relentlessly telling me to reverse the dispute. STEER CLEAR!
