"Frustrating experience and Long wait times"

Ron is last agent I worked with- he was 5 stars but frustrated with all my other calls- LONG waiting times and promised emails no content or never came. Thank you Ron- He was the Best- gave me information I wanted and made corrections- otherwise this has been a very frustrating experience.
