I ordered last week, 27/06 and the package arrived yesterday 2/07, it could be arriving faster but the problem was from me, i wasn't at home! Over all i always love how KiosKana packed the goodies, secured and well-organized 🥰 i took one freebie from the website but i found another one freebie surprised on my package, thank you.

Fast respond!! I ordered on 30 May, the next day it arrived safe and sound! Alhamdulillah, tdk ada yg kurang, malah ditambahkan bonus produk. Dituliskan jg kalau udh mau expired, supaya dikonsumsi lebih awal. What thoughtful!
Yg pasti lengkap juga pilihan produknya. Repeat order is for sure!

"Asking for refund for wrong products they sent but they BLOCKED ME."
I have to say the products are good. However, my experience started badly when I spent almost 100 euros and received three wrong products.
When I asked for a refund, I found it very difficult to get one from Kioskana. I didn’t understand why I needed to throw away the wrong products before getting a refund.
I tried to ask nicely for an explanation, but all I got was "check Google" or "check our FAQ website," which didn’t explain why I needed to throw away the wrong products. I also couldn’t find any law about this.
Even though they agreed to a refund, they only offered 25% of the total cost of the wrong products if I kept them. For a full refund, I had to throw away the products. They also didn’t want to refund the delivery cost. This doesn’t match any EU law about refunds for wrong products.
In the end, the seller blocked me without explaining or giving me my money back, even though they had my bank account details.
As a customer, I just want a clear explanation and good customer service, especially when the mistake is from Kioskana. It’s not about the money, but about selling the correct products. The way the seller treated me was very upsetting.
I will never buy from Kioskana again. This experience has taught me to avoid such sellers.
Kioskana should be more professional and fair to their customers, especially in the EU where there are clear consumer protection laws.
Blocking customers is never good. In the end, they purchase your stuff and help your business grow.
All you can do is try to solve the problem especially if you making a mistake :)

Thank you for the refund. Note: I didnt know you refunded me because you blocked me without saying you will refund me or not.
- As for VAT, i have no clue why you mentioned this, because I am just a normal private customer?

- Thanks for putting this review as 'hall of shame' on Instagram while this all started because your team was not sending the product correctly + not giving the explaination and good communication on solving the problem. Seems you have problem of accepting and solving a not happy customer.

I’m constantly looking for new places selling Indonesian products and nothing out the online and local stores I know beats Kioskana’s variety and prices of the products :) It’s definitely one of the best small business out there that you can support. All I wish is that they could someday become a chain and would open a store in Vienna, Austria as well ❤️

I would say Kios Kana is the best Indonesian online shop so far.
- The webshop is really nice with clean design and it is easy to navigate
- The variety of the products will amaze you (lot of choices, you’ll keep adding stuffs to your cart! lol)
- The price is reasonable and affordable
- They will keep you updated about your order through your email
- Fast delivery! My last order only needed 1 day to be delivered
- The packagings were always safe & neat
- You’ll find bonus products inside your packages. Really appreciate this kind of thoughtful gesture
- Lastly, a trustworthy seller. One product i ordered was canceled and the refund process was easy & fast
I hope Kios Kana will get bigger & stronger!

Worth to mention is that they pack your order very carefully, sometimes with one or many bonus, which i really appreciate
