Après une demande d information sur le suivi de colis, ont ce fait envoyé sur les roses avec en plus un commentaire sur Instagram et Facebook que les clients comprennent rien au suivi de colis , de plus sur 8 articles commandé il manquait 2 articles, au lieu de faire du bla-bla sur les réseaux sociaux il/elle devrait faire attention à ces commandes.
Après avoir demandé les 2 articles manquants ont nous a juste fait comprendre qu’il y avait le remboursement prévu point . D une il nous manque 2 articles puis ont à payer des frais de port pour 2 articles oublié, naturellement pas de remboursement pour les frais de port des 2 articles manquants. Puis y’a aussi un article offert ce qui bien mais l article offert est périmé , enfin bref le contact client est pas bon , je recommande pas du tout.
