I ordered for 90€ and the shop is offering free delivery with DPD for orders with more than 85€ (from Kana’s website: “Orders above € 85,-, shipping inside the Netherlands, are eligible for free shipping. (DPD only)”)
The package didn't arrive within the scheduled time frame. We reached out to DPD services and were instructed to contact the seller, who claimed to have expedited the shipment promptly after we placed the order. However, upon their interaction with Sendcloud (which I wasn't aware of until DPD informed me), it was revealed that the issue stemmed from Sendcloud, their partner, sending the package to the wrong sorting center, resulting in an additional delay of up to 5 days. Since we don't reside in the Netherlands and are leaving soon, we placed the order a week before our departure, assuming the delivery time would be within the 2-day window stated on the DPD website. While it may not directly be Kanas's fault, ensuring quality control with their partner is crucial, and not just throw the partner under the bus.
PS: This shop is not accepting feedback from their customers; instead, they take screenshots of reviews (including this one) and speak negatively about every bad customer experience on their Instagram stories. It's the most unprofessional way to run a business.
