Always an easy process buying with Silencer Central. The process is as easy as advertized.

Had a small issue with an order and after texting the online chat, a Rep called me and resolved the issue right away. Turns out that the discount code I was trying to use didn't apply to a lower priced item. They still gave me a break on the price. I've done business with them multiple times and it has always been a positive experience.

"Lost Suppressors "

Both suppressors were lost in transit prior to getting to the FFL in my state. Options provided to mitigate this issue are to start the entire process over (back to submitting to the ATF) or get a refund. Both options are pretty sorry if you consider the only reason I know they were lost is because I continually reached out and tracked. No telling how long I'd have been waiting around on something that was apparently lost to show up.
