"Books never arrived"

Books never arrived, no explanation from elector. I had to chase up from the tracking number. Apparently the books had been returned to sender due to custom declaration details. I did get a refund, but the book deal is now over.
Edit: Managed to reorder the books which were sent via another courier and received no problems. Still can't understand why the books were returned by the courier and refunded without any communication. But support were great and got things sorted.

I have ordered an ocilliscope at elektor shop. The delivery to Germany was quite fast and I was informed about the single order processing steps. What I had problems with is that I was about to post a review about the oscilloscope at the elektor site. After entering the text the submitting was ignored without an error. My text is lost.

My order for 1 Cytron Maker Hat Base was processed very efficiently.
The hat base is a well designed board for extending the GPIO pins. The board includes a number of additional features, such as an I2C port, a UART port and others, but sadly there is no information provided about how to access these additional features. Had this information been made available my rating would have been 5 stars.

They were slow to respond to queries and do not offer a courier service to remote locations during checkout.
I read your reply and I don't like to be patronized!!
The problem is not with the delay in the shipment, because that is a given, seeing that you sent it by post. Also note that it has been more than a week and it has not arrived in my country ??
The actual problems are:
1. Your response to my query regarding shipping was SLOW and INCOMPLETE. If not, there was still a chance to send it by courier.
2. You don't offer an option to use a courier service when checking out like most online companies do.

Elektor works for me. Good prices. I order stuff, it comes. No hassle... And they use GLS for deliveries so, Netherlands to Spain is simple.
