Fast deliver, products well packaged! I ordered the bundle with free Pico which was not delivered, after contacting support which was professional and quick to resolve the issue, i received Pico in two days. Awesome! Recommended!

The presentation of the book was OK ! The Price setting was more than acceptable. The only minus point is the quite high delivery cost.

I made a purchase that comes on USB flash drive. All of Elektor items are shipped from Europe. I live in USA. There was a large shipping charge (20 Euros) as well as large VAT (another 20 Euros). The two together came to 40% of the price of the product itself (100 Euros). This is terrible. Elektor should find lower cost shipping for small items like USB flash drives. I am not sure VAT should be added to anything shipped out of EU. If Elektor made contents of this USB flash drive available online for purchase, they could have saved their customers this large shipping and VAT charges - something for their customer service and sales to note.
