Probeer al bijna een week lang antwoord te krijgen op het verzoek een LabNation SmartScope USB-oscilloscoop × 1 die ik heel recent bij Elektor
aangeschaft heb te retourneren/om te ruilen voor een ander artikel maar tot dusver geen enkele reactie. Dit ondanks enkele e-mails. Retour aanvragen via de webshop lukt niet.
Service dus erg traag en ondertussen kan je niets doen.

Ich habe das Elektor Buch Günter Spanner Arduino Cuircuits & Projects Guide erworben. Auf Seite 249 wird darauf hingewiesen, dass die beschriebenen sketches von der Elektor Seite: "elektor.com unter ArduinoProjects" heruntergeladen werden könne. Diese Adresse existiert aber nicht mehr.
Nachtrag: Am 24.01.2024 hat sich die Elektor Redaktion gemeldet und mich auf die Möglichkeit hingewiesen, den Service zu kontaktieren. Das habe ich gemacht und am 25.01.2024 einen Link auf eine Downloadmöglichkeit bekommen.Der Link hat funktioniert. Ich ändere daher meine Bewertung auf 4 Sterne

I bought a soldering iron from them. I can not use it. I am in the USA and the soldering iron works only on 220V. Yes, the rating was in the small print. Still, I think it is ridiculous they ship 220V gear to USA without a clear warning. I will stay away from them.

Straightforward PayPal transaction, no hitches. The book I purchased provides a tutorial on how to use FreeCad in the context of building mechanical and housing components for electronics applications. In fairness to the reader, I have not finished reading the book, but the initial "flip-through" suggests this will be a useful, well-paced introduction to the software--I'm comfortable with 3D printer-related CAD but want to change my design application.
One major caveat: North American purchasers, beware!! Shipping prices are quite high (I guess they need to be) and offset the otherwise very reasonable costs of items in the Elektor Store. I bought the book as a PDF.

Livraison très rapide , le produit est parfaitement conforme a la description. Il s'agit d'une station de dessoudage, pour l'instant après quelques tests le produits semble correct pour un usage amateur (c'est pas un station WELLER ...) mais le prix est plutôt très intéressant. Petit défaut : le nettoyage du tube qui recueille la soudure n'est pas très pratique.
