Customer care is not existing don't buy flooring from as if something go wrong you can't get hold of anyone.i Bought some vinyl but locking system just crumbling and they saying is nothing wrong with flooring. Now they refusing refund for flooring I didn't use as quality is shocking .
Please spend your money elsewhere or you gonna loose it like me.

Ordered laminate flooring 8 days ago not heard a word from them no email charged £30 delivery and haven’t got the delivery yet….Trust me try and get info on your deliver is non existent on their website..Big mistake buying from these never again ..Convenient you can’t get in touch with them unless you download a non existent complain sheet …try doing that and fill it in on an iPad or iPhone and you’ll end up working for Microsoft
