I was ordered laminate flooring. The delivery came quickly and the laminate was amazing, not only the quality but also how it looked.

Strongly rtecommend that you think very carefully before you use this company. The flooring that I received did not look anything like the one that I ordered from a sample they provided. When I tried to get it sorted out I was advised they only deal with customer problems on line.....Sent them 3 e.mails and 2 follow up calls not a word from them. Think before you use them

It was clear that the follow up wasn't an automated message and it felt as if the representative really cared to support my purchase.
