The sample ordering process is excellent. They came really quickly, excellent quality and the box had everything you’d need to know if this is your first time shopping for flooring online. Very impressed

"Misleading pictures on website"

They delivered a completely different looking floor. Does not match most of the pictures on their website. They are saying the images on the website are shot in a studio with brilliant lighting so the floor that gets sent will be darker. Which is misleading and not very helpful when choosing the right floor.

If I could give zero stars I would. Shocking customer service. Will not take any accountability for the extremely poor quality joints on the laminate. Blame you for fitting it wrong when we have fitted various rooms in the house with other laminate. The flooring chips easily, joints break and snap when fitting them leaving us with floor that has to all be taken back up and replaced with flooring from a local supplier. No refund, no sorry just blame. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

"It was a brilliant experience until…"

It was a brilliant experience until something goes wrong. In brief, make sure you order the exact amount because it's £75 return cost and you ONLY GET 14 DAYS TO RETURN IT FROM POINT OF DELIVERY!!! (Not 30 days like all the good retailers out there offer.)

Apart from that the sales service was great, but my 1 star rating is due to the fact the aftersales service and "Returns Policy" is absolute garbage.

I will be buying my flooring locally next time due to this, I only get burnt once!

"Superb Service"

After initially contacting Discount Flooring Depot for some samples, they were delivered at lightning fast speed. I had some family issues which along with my uncertainty on which flooring to choose, delayed me from ordering for quite a few months. Judith has been very helpful, understanding and patient, absolutely no sale’s pressure, that in itself is very reassuring and refreshing. I have placed an order today, again with the help of Judith and she has gone above and beyond all the way through.
I would not hesitate in recommending this company and indeed Judith in particular. If I require any more flooring in the future, I shall not be looking elsewhere.
