If you are lucky to read this before placing an order, I would strongly advise that you don’t!
I placed an order on the 10 December 2024, and have not received my order!
I have sent several emails and called the 0800 number, no response to emails and the phone just rings out!
Extremely disappointed and just a refund!

Two months and still no vitamins or refund.
I ordered some vitamins two months ago, and Revital said that the delivery company left them in my bin, but made no communication with me on this. On the website it just said it was ready for delivery.
The lack of communication has resulted in my vitamins being taken away by bin men, and I have received no refund for this.
This is deeply unfair.
Never will use Revital again.

"Scammed like many others "
Haven’t received my medicine which I needed urgently. Company doesn’t reply to emails. No other way of contacting them. Looking at Trust Pilot this is happening to all recent customers. Disgraceful to take money for medicine before Christmas and leave sick people without their medicine or a refund.

I ordered my things few weeks and still I didn’t get it
After one week I’ve got an email with apologies bc is busy time and my order can be late ok I understood but after nothing I try to contact with customer service two or three time about my things and nothing I need to continue my pills for three months I was looking for in shop I bought one but I can get more if I knew that will be problem I would not order it
Still I don’t know what with my order so maybe here someone will read it and explain me

Ps still didn’t receive nothing still no contact still im waiting… I report to my bank about refund but they can’t contact with Revital so from now I lost my money my time and continue to take my pills …

They cancelled an order four days after it had been confirmed, now I don't have time to order elsewhere before an extended trip abroad.
This is very poor service. If it wasn't in stock they should have said so at the time of the order.

"Poor experience"
Poor experience, ordered over Black Friday and did not receive item nor an update. I’ve called customer service today and been told that they aren’t getting the supply in for my ordered product. Fair enough if circumstances with the supplier change, but it’s poor customer service not letting me know for two weeks after my email update requests. I’ve now been issued a refund, but I can’t accept they are “too busy” to do the right thing and provide email updates to people with affected orders in the first instance.
