I ordered the wrong product by mistake and the returns process was simple and really excellent all round. and the price of hte product I should have ordered was very good too!

This caused a lot of inconvenience as I had relied on the product being available. Poor communication and lack of inventory management. I would recommend that the seller improve stock accuracy and communication with customers to avoid such issues in the future."
