I ordered few times from them already. Recently they didn't ship my entire order so I've emailed them for a refund of missing supplements with value of about £50. I've sent three emails, they didn't get back to me and didn't refund me either.
Tried to call them as well but their line doesn't work properly and you can't get connected with anyone.
I went on their Instagram and commented under one of their posts regarding this and I saw comments of other people claiming they also didn't receive their orders and couldn't get in touch with them...

"Disappointed "

I phoned the Rivital health shop at 2, Quadrant house,Richmond on Sunday. I spoke to Brian. I enquired whether Optibac, S.Boulardii, 80 capsules,were in stock. I asked him to kindly put one aside for me, which he agreed to do. Thank you Brian. I promised to collect and pay for it the next day.
Yesterday, after work, I went to the shop and spoke to a female shop assistant, who stood behind the counter. She got the said box of Optibac probiotics, which was on a table behind the counter. So far so good. When I enquired about the price, she said it’s the same as on the website, in a not so friendly tone. I again enquired the price of the item. She then scanned and said that it was £27.99. I paid cash for the item.
Without much ado, she took the payment and gave me the box of probiotics. She was very rude throughout the transaction. It’s almost as if she was rushed off her feet and couldn’t be bothered to serve me! There was only one other customer browsing in the shop. I took my purchase and left. After this experience, I do not think that I would be visiting this shop again. I purchase health items from there, as it’s my local shop. It’s the first time I have experienced such a rude assistant there.
Perhaps, management should give her some insight on customer service skills!
