Pleasure to work with lease busters. They answered my questions and responded quickly to my needs. They explained clearly what I needed to do to get my lease into another persons hands and guided me in doing so. I give them a five star.

"Leasebusters is a bust"

The Leasebusters agent facilitates the posting of the lease takeover on their website and that was pretty much the extent of their involvement. No followup from a live agent after that.

They do not post their fees ($300+ taxes) on their website. There is no method for you to use an automated payment gateway. You send an email - their agent calls you and gets your details and makes your listing. Who does this in 2021? The only reason is so that they can pressure you with repeated followups to give your credit card info, so that they can post your info on their archaic website.

The website itself is ancient and was built 20 years back and lot of the functionalities are not available on mobile interface.

I received more 50-60 inquires through kijiji and facebook market place over a period of 2 months. The 2-3 inquiries that I received from interested buyers in Leasebusters went nowhere and people were more interested in lowballing and demand for absurdly high cash incentives (upto $3000) that made no sense given the terms of of my lease, which were really favorable.

I finally found a buyer through kijiji and ended up paying no cash incentive.

Leasebusters was a bust for me and I wasted $300+tax

"Not recommended"

We are disappointed with the Leasebusters experience. We had our vehicle posted for 6 months and received no legitimate offers. The Leasebuster service does not add any value or help you sell your vehicle. Kijiji is a better option which is free vs the $300 Leasebusters charges for something that doesn't work. We eventually decided to buy out the lease and sell the vehicle which worked out a lot better than transferring the lease did.

"Fast and Knowledgeable!"

My account manager is Guy, and he is very efficient and knowledgeable in his services. His analysis on the market using very simple supply & demand figures and make a very right suggestion for me to put the ads up. I got offer within 2 days after it was up, and Guy not just managed my expectation well but exceeding it with his prediction. He is also responsible, where he gave me his cell. He would pick up it right away within business hours! Awesome services! I highly recommend LeaseBusters.com to any leasing owner. That $300 is well worth it and time-saving!

Took 1 day for someone to take over my lease. If you take care of your vehicle, have low km's and have a half decent lease payment, your car will get picked up by a dealer. Very pleased with the service and the low payment amount. Great deal for the cost savings that I got.

"Completely worthless website"

Completely worthless website. You'll get more hits on kijiji which at least is a free service and optimizable. On the leasebusters website you have to go through their agents to get simple things done and the agents don't do much of anything to sell your vehicle. Don't waste your money like I did.

I posted my car more than 3months, during these 3months i just only had one request from a person who wanted to take over my lease without any downpayment, although my car was fully loaded and new trim from 2021 and it is worked less than 500km, nobody send me message or email me regarding taking over my lease, the guys in lease buster didnt do anything else for me to help me sell my car, before paying the money when i requested them to explain me how they help me to sell my car, they told me for more information and help i need to pay first if i want to get more idea about their process, because of high under pressure i payed them 350$, the only thing they did it just posted it in their non-useful website with few viewers and nobody call you, i highly recommend to dont throw your money away, facebook and Craigslist are better options.

If I could give zero stars I would. Had my suv on the site for 3 weeks and had zero enquirers. Meanwhile on kijiji and Facebook market place I had over 60 messages. Got a lease taker over on kijiji. Don’t waste your money on leasebusters
