"It really work. Great Customer service"
It really work. I have had a great experience in dealing with leasebusters, from my initial contact , I was connected with Randy Warren, who took the time to explain to me step by step how leasebusters works and guided me to to the best format to place the add/description for my 2017 Cadillac XT5 as well how to take the perfect photos to showcase the conditions of the car.. Job well done Randy.

"Lease takeover in less than a week!!"
I have had an amazing experience with the team from LeaseBusters - especially the representative that onboarded me personally, Guy! From the first touchpoint, all the way through being onboarded, my experience has been excellent.
Guy was very transparent with me and offered his expert advice at all times (not only while being onboarded, but even after I had submitted payment to LeaseBusters - very responsive to all my questions and emails). He walked me through what (potentially) had to happen in order to create more urgency and to sell my vehicle (such as offering an incentives down the road depending on the volume of interests). I was also willing to cover the transfer fee so this could happen quickly. Expectations were set clearly.
I was trying to find a new owner for my leased GMC Sparks (2 years into a 4 years lease). My vehicle was off the market within a week - I received around 4 inquiries in total within a few days. I will most definitely contact LeaseBusters again to help me with any future lease take overs and will recommend it to everyone.
Thank you LeaseBusters!

"Do not pay right away, Do your research first !"
Do not pay $313+ (with tax) to LeaseBusters right away without doing your own research. I paid the full amount in the first call and didn't receive any offers during my 1 to 4 weeks (The funny thing was when I email this agent after some time, he told me that their average time for a deal is 90 days. Initially, I mentioned to him that I wanted my vehicle to be sold within 4 weeks at any cost since I was supposed to leave the country). Afterward, I went to my dealer and had a chat with one of their salespeople and they offered an amazing deal for my vehicle (Which was unbelievable). So I returned my vehicle to the dealer.
The full amount paid to the Lease Busters was a total waste. Leasebusters didn't reimburse any potion from what I paid for the advertisement since it was there one of key policies.
So, please be aware of their conditions and do your research before you proceed with Leasebusters.

"Pretty straightforward, good advice, responsive service"
I dealt with Guy. After my initial inquiry to LeaseBusters online he responded within hours, and then had all the listing procedures delivered to me by the end of the day. He also walked me through it over the phone. Once I sent him the listing information it was up, in detail, in a matter of hours. It was all pretty quick. The first inquiry on the vehicle came that same evening. I listed with LeaseBusters 28 July, was contacted by the eventual buyer 9 August, shook hands on a deal 11 August, and concluded the transfer 19 August. It could have been faster, but life got in the way. Overall I would recommend their service, their listing fee was good value for what I got out of the experience.

"It’s worth to register your car with…"
It’s worth to register your car with leasebusters! I received a lot of phone calls after my car is posted. Paul Langevin helped a lot, he is professional and nice, he tells me what to do and what is not to. I am happy that my car is transferred. Thank you Leasebusters!

"USE KIJIJI INSTEAD !!"
USE KIJIJI INSTEAD !!
I wish I would have done some more research before I paid $280 to Lease Busters. I can't believe what a complete SCAM this is. Unlike Kijiji/Craigslist, their website doesn't even track how many visits to your listing you get. And I was told that I will know how much traffic my ad generates based on the calls I get? What? But Kijiji is capable of this for free?
It's been two weeks since I have had my ad posted on Lease Busters and on Kijiji. I have yet to received A SINGLE call from anyone who's viewed my ad on this website and yet I have received over 20 calls through Kijiji. What Gives! haha, I guess you can't always win.
I will be sure to steer clear of this website from now and I will be advising ALL my friends and family to do the same.
Don't get scammed by these scammers. It's a complete money grab.

"Three Cheers to Leasbusters"
I totally enjoyed my experience with LeaseBusters. The $300 fee was worth it. Leased mine in less than month and had at least half a dozen inquiries including a couple after LeaseBusters.
I especially enjoyed my partnership with Guy. From beginning to end he ‘hand held’ me through process whenever I needed help.
Thanks Guy for going the extra mike including helping me transition effortlessly from me to new leader.
I am delighted!!!

"Don't Pay To Sell Your Car"
Don't Pay To Sell Your Car - I had my lease listed with LeaseBusters.com for about 6 months. However, I ended up getting out of my lease through Kijiji. I had an initial consultation and I was told that I should have a great chance of getting rid of my car (low kms, employee price, short lease), but of course, nothing is guaranteed and I understood that. It was difficult to see where the listing fee went as the website is outdated and not very intuitive and I had essentially zero leads on my vehicle over the period that it was listed. I had a Kijiji ad up as well on and off to increase my chances of selling and got 13 unique leads between April and June. The Kijiji responses were not always high quality, but at least there were responses. The idea that your listing gets suspended if you don't update it every 30 days is puzzling (I believe Kijiji allows ads to be active for 7-8 weeks before renewal). You get email reminders to log in and update, but if you miss that email or if it goes into your junk mail then you'll be paying for a "suspended" listing that no one can see because they assume that you have transferred your lease. I'm sure an ensuing comment will explain this, but I can't see how it's beneficial to anyone to suspend the listing. If there's a discrepancy in something like kilometres then the seller and the buyer should be able to work that out. If this service wanted to be more effective and relevant to the way that people look for used vehicles these days, they would take your vehicle's details and help you put it everywhere (Kijiji, Autotrader, reaching out to dealers in your area) and then facilitate the communication and help with the process. That would be a service worth paying for! Ultimately I feel like I paid for nothing and I should have just waited it out with Kijiji. I've read some great reviews and I've read reviews from people with experiences similar to mine. Do your research and be aware that you may not get any kind of response. I regret using Leasebusters and I would highly recommend using Kijiji or Autotrader instead.

"Money scam"
Money scam. A lot of people don’t even know this site exists, no traffic. Not worth the $300.00 at all. Use Kijiji for free, it works and way more worth your time.

"Not worth it even in the slightest"
I thought I would have a positive experience after reading through some of the google reviews left here. Essentially you're paying $330 to have your listing posted, I did not receive any of the professional "trend" advice advocated by other reviewers. My car has been posted for over 45 days, a 2019 VW Jetta with a $295 payment per month with below term km, something that should have garnered SOME interest. I received not even ONE inquiry while my car was posted on the platform.
Meanwhile, I've gotten multiple inquires through Kijiji which is free. Paying for your car to be listed on this ancient platform does not make any sense when free platforms exist such as kijiji. The "professional advice" they offer is available through a single google search.
I've dealt with a person named Andy Kapadoukakis, his responses would take up to a week - when I told him I would be leaving a negative google review, I got a response back right away?
I've asked for a refund have not received any communication back for over a week now - have now contacted American Express to issue a charge back with all email evidence.
I would 100% avoid this service, you can save yourself the $300 and put maybe an hour of your time in and list your vehicle yourself.
