Is there a NO STAR rating here at all? They are liars and cheats and just want your money. Horrible, horrible experience. They were all nice and sweet until they got your business. I wanted to get out of my lease so I signed up with them. One week in, things changed and I decided to put this decision of until next year. So I asked them for a refund, since nothing had happened, no activity, except for a few emails, phone calls etc. I told them, on humane grounds they should refund the money, every company has a refund policy. Trust me, I would have picked to go with them next year had they given me a single thought. It is so unfair! I was told that I should have read that on the email - this, after having had an hour long discussion about rules and regs and policies etc. It is just that companies like these exist and are WRONGLY making money off of people's hard earned money. It is just so sad. I am not ranting, but just letting these people bear the consequences of their behaviour. Terrible, really. They don't care about you, they just want your money. Especially GUY, whom I dealt with personally
and SHARRON who apparently is the manager!! How do people like them even get positions of authority when simple decisions like these that require a conscience can't be made correctly?

It is not worth the cost of posting your lease on this site. LeaseBusters posts your ad for $300 and there is little to no traffic that goes to the web site. You are WAY better off putting your lease on Craigslist and Kijiji as you will be much better results.
Don't Give them the opportunity to TAKE your hard earned $.

Alright experience, wouldn't use again. Emailed the person dealing with my account when ever I wanted to make changes and they wouldn't do it. I had to contact them a second and third time. Also the changes weren't exactly as what I had specified in my request. There also was 0 confirmation email when the changes happen, I would have to check a few times to see if it happened.
Images are extremely poor quality on the website. I would direct anyone who contacted me to my Kijiji add for better photos.
I didn't sell the car through the website.

If I had better customer service, they would get another star.
If the images were higher resolution, they would get another star.
If I had sold the car with this site, they would get another star.
