Had a slight kerfuffle over a property search I requested earlier this month. Chose a $1.00 search which inadvertently resulted in a bundle purchase which I did not intend. Had a difficult time cancelling the bundle and ended up with a $20 charge for a product I never intended to request. With a little research, I was able to cancel the bundle and close the account as well as receive a refund of the $20. Andy at CourtRec.com went out of his way to assist and I couldn't be happier with the service.

Update: CourtRec contacted me after this review and made it easy to get my $20 refunded, so while I'm leaving this at 3 stars, that's because they should make it easier to pay the single dollar if you just need a single search. Otherwise, I'm a satisfied customer.
Here's my original review: I only needed to search on one property and got what I needed; that part was great. That search should have just cost me a dollar, but I didn't see how to get that without signing up for the $20 volume discount. When an agent followed up to be sure I was satisfied, I said I wanted to cancel (which I think would have meant I just paid the dollar), but the agent didn't reply. My profile gave no place to cancel. I wound up getting charged $20, and that motivated me to try the chat function, and from there, it was easy to cancel. Oh well. I needed the info when I needed it, but, be forewarned if you just needed info on a single property.
